We believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of Heaven and Earth and we believe in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord, who was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died for our sakes and was buried. The third day, he arose from the dead, ascended into heaven and now sits on the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From thence, he shall come to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the church universal, communion of the saints, the forgiveness of sin, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. Amen.
